1. Order Processing Time

Once your bag order is confirmed and payment is successfully completed, our team will finish order verification, product inspection and sealed packaging within 1–5 business days. All processing work excludes weekends and official United States public holidays.

Order processing cycles may be prolonged during peak shopping seasons, large-scale promotional activities and periods of surging order volume. We will send timely email notifications to customers when noticeable processing delays occur, so you can keep track of the latest order status.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees for all bag orders are calculated based on package weight, outer packaging size and delivery destination. The exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before order payment, with no hidden charges or subsequent supplementary fees.

Our store provides only standard shipping service, with an estimated delivery time of 15 business days after official dispatch. The delivery period is for reference only. Actual delivery progress may be affected by logistics carrier delays, customs clearance reviews, severe weather, regional logistics restrictions and holiday logistics suspensions.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

After your bag order completes all pre-delivery procedures and is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email from our official mailbox, which contains your exclusive tracking number and corresponding logistics carrier information.

Logistics tracking data will be synchronized and available for online inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after the package is picked up by the logistics provider. If the tracking information fails to update normally beyond this period, you can contact our customer service team for manual checking and follow-up handling.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers must ensure that the shipping address, postal code and reserved contact information filled in during checkout are accurate and complete. Correct delivery information is the primary guarantee for smooth parcel delivery.

DAVID LUKESON shall not be liable for misdelivery, delivery failure or package loss caused by wrong, missing or invalid customer delivery information. If the package is returned to our warehouse due to address errors, customers shall bear all reshipping expenses independently, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is verified lost during transportation, please submit a lost parcel review request to our customer support team within 7 calendar days after the expected delivery date. We will cooperate with the logistics company to launch a comprehensive investigation and provide a final solution as soon as possible.

Bag products may suffer surface scratches, extrusion deformation, accessory loosening or packaging damage during long-distance transit. If you receive damaged goods, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the package. You need to provide complete and clear photos of the outer packaging and damaged product details to assist our verification. We will confirm the actual situation and resolve the problem efficiently.

6. Bag Care and Usage Notice

All bag products sold in our store are made of diverse materials including leather, canvas and nylon, with independent professional care guidelines attached. Customers shall follow the official instructions for daily use, placement, cleaning and maintenance of the products.

Product damage, fading, deformation and structural failure caused by irregular cleaning, improper storage, unauthorized disassembly and modification, or artificial misuse are not within our after-sales scope. DAVID LUKESON will not bear any liability for losses caused by improper manual operation and incorrect use of products.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

For all cross-border international shipping orders, the local customs department of the destination country may levy import tariffs, customs clearance fees and other related taxes in accordance with local foreign trade policies and regulatory rules.

All customs and import-related fees are fully borne by the customer. The product price and shipping fee collected by our store do not include any customs expenses. We will not be responsible for package detention, forced return or disposal caused by customers’ failure to pay relevant fees or violation of local import regulations.
